And it has messed up my wink, is this a bug in 6.3 or has it always been this way ?

I've had signatures get jacked up like that before 6.3.

Yep, happens all the time. When you place a graemlin in your sig, it gets converted to html to display. But when you edit your sig again.. you have HTML in your sig, which typically isn't allowed, so it messes up.
